Foraging is an important part of witchcraft. Witches have been foraging since medieval times collecting herbs for their remedies.

Foraging is about connecting with the earth, searching, identifying and collecting wild food. This can also be collecting herbs for a spell! It’s very grounding and helps you connect and learn about earth and nature local to you.

Always forage where it’s allowed, and not in any protected areas.
